Quentin Smith is the President of Pacific Coastal Airlines. He has served on the Board of Directors for the BC Aviation Council and as well as Chairman of BC Air Operators Group and is currently on the Executive Board of the Air Transportation Association of Canada.

John Silver is a classical music enthusiast who has presented many talks to live audiences and on radio. Prior to retiring, John was a dentist who taught full-time at the University of British Columbia for 25 years. He has served on the Boards of a number of not-for-profit organizations.

The author of many published scientific articles and a sought-after speaker, Dr. Levy currently serves as a director on a number of early-stage biotechnology company boards and on the board of the Working Opportunity Fund, a British Columbia, Canada-based venture capital firm.

Barb is a communications and design coordinator with many years’ experience working for NFPs and the federal government. Originally from Powell River, she moved to Vancouver after graduation and eventually to eastern Ontario. In 2017 Barb returned to her hometown. She is thrilled to be working with PRISMA and rediscovering both her community and her music roots.
